A very busy February

With 5+ integrated campaigns live and lots of ongoing planning and production, it's been a very busy February.

150 job offers in a day.

University Hospitals Bristol and Westonran a recruitment event on the 15th of February, inviting candidates to come to the hospital and learn more about the role of the Health Care Support Worker, where they also had the opportunity to apply and have an interview on the same day.

We ran a targeted digital campaign in the Southwest with the aim to drive as many candidates as possible to attend the event, including paid ads on social media and the Google Display Network (appearing on sites such as The Daily Mail, Medical News and World Lifestyle) as well as mobile. The campaign achieved over 5,000 clicks to the campaign landing page where candidates were encouraged to fill in the event booking form. Of the 451 who booked in, 240 attended (70 were walk-ins), and most amazingly, a grand total of 150 offers were made on the day. What a result! It goes to show how a tactically targeted digital campaign combined with a well-organised open day event can go a long way to boost up applications.

Wow, that’s a lot of OOH!

February was the month when lots of OOH (Out Of Home advertising) went live as part of our campaigns, including Climate Action Wales, ‘Here to help with the cost of living’ and Housing Recruitment campaigns.

Interview with Gareth Anscombe for our Talk with Me campaign

Working in partnership with the team at Sportin Wales, we had the fantastic opportunity to interview Welsh Rugby Union player, Gareth Anscombe, about the important role parents have to develop speech, language and communication of their children at home, endorsing our Talk with Me campaign. It was also great to hear about how Gareth is talking and playing with his little ones at home! Read the article here.

Housing Recruitment campaign

We have officially launched our Housing Recruitment campaign! With the aim to raise the profile of jobs in the housing and homelessness sector, the campaign for the Welsh Government and Cymorth Cymru highlights the rewarding nature of working to tackle homelessness in Wales.

Our latest contract win – Business Recycling

We are delighted to share the great news that we will be working on the Business Recycling Wales campaign. This national campaign will raise awareness of the new legislation the Welsh Government will be introducing requiring all non-domestic properties, including businesses, public sector organisations, and charities to separate their recyclable materials in the same way that householders do in Wales. Aligning with our ongoing Climate Action Wales campaign, we are so pleased to work on another contract that will help encourage businesses as well as people in Wales to do more towards a greener, Net Zero Wales.
