Our Managing Director Leticia was delighted to be invited by Business Wales / Busnes Cymru to co‑host a table at the Business in Wales Women in Wales Awards, an evening dedicated to recognising the achievements of women leading change across a wide range of industries.
The room was filled with an inspiring mix of founders, creatives, scientists, designers, leaders, innovators and athletes, each making a meaningful impact in their field, and many supported by Business Wales at different stages of their business journey.
Moments like this are a powerful reminder of the role connection, visibility and support play in helping people thrive. When women are backed to start, grow and scale their ventures, the ripple effect is felt across communities, industries and the wider economy.
We’re proud to work alongside Business Wales in supporting that mission, and in championing both businesses and the people behind them.
Workplaces across Wales are now required to separate their small waste electricals (sWEEE) for recycling, and the change is officially live.
We’ve been proud to support the Welsh Government to create, plan and roll out a pan‑Wales campaign designed to help businesses get ready, switch ON to the change, and feel confident about what’s required of them.
From strategy and messaging through to campaign rollout, the focus has been on making the change feel clear, practical and achievable, because when it comes to behaviour change, confidence and clarity matter, and this is exactly the kind of work we love being part of.
The Ending Physical Punishment (EPP) campaign went live again, this time with a powerful new addition.
Our team developed a brand‑new radio advert, designed to sit alongside the existing campaign and reinforce a vital message: physical punishment is illegal in Wales.
By extending the campaign across additional channels, we’re helping ensure that more families and communities across Wales are informed, supported and aware of the law, wherever they are and however they access information.
Leticia, Cerys and Richard headed to London for a final-stage pitch after being shortlisted for a highly competitive opportunity within the social housing sector.
While we can’t share details just yet (or the outcome!), it was a great chance to take SBW’s thinking, energy and collaborative approach onto a national stage, and to showcase the depth of experience that sits across the team.
Huge credit to everyone involved in the preparation and teamwork. Whatever the result, we’re proud of how we showed up.
