Hybrid working

We adopt a hybrid work model across both offices – with everybody office‑based on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and working from home on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Profit share bonus scheme

When the business is doing well, we think it’s only right to reward our SBW’ers who have been with us for over one year. With our profit share scheme our employees can be rewarded with bonuses twice a year (business performance dependent).

Employee Ownership Trust

All employees who have been with SBW for one year become part of our Employee Owned Trust. This entitles them to a profit share bonus tax free allowance of up to £3,600 pa. It also means that in the event of the company being sold in the future, they will all get a share of the sale.

We value our employees and love celebrating – whether at our monthly socials or the many events we host throughout the year. From BBQs and boat trips to a simple visit to the pub, we always make time to connect, unwind, and enjoy ourselves together.

We offer a competitive holiday allowance which includes bank holidays. SBW’ers also get their birthday off as an extra holiday.

Uncapped learning & training

With an uncapped training budget, our team are encouraged to learn new skills, attend training courses and achieve professional certifications. We also run internal training and sharing of knowledge, so you can be sure that there will be plenty of opportunities to learn and develop with us.
