We’re excited to share the brand development work we’ve created for the Welsh Rewilding Alliance/Cynghrair Ailwylltio Cymru
This project brought together everything we love: strong storytelling, thoughtful strategy, and a deep connection to place.
Last year, we were commissioned to develop a brand for this newly formed coalition of organisations working to build public support for rewilding across Wales.
The Welsh Rewilding Alliance is a growing movement working to restore thriving ecosystems, strengthen rural livelihoods, and celebrate Wales’ landscapes, culture and wild nature. Our role was to create a brand that could support this ambition with clarity and cohesion.
The new identity brings together heritage and renewal, centred around a refined, modern interpretation of the Dara Knot, a symbol of unity, roots and shared purpose. Paired with a bilingual, engaging and versatile tone of voice, the brand is designed to resonate with communities, landowners, partners and decision‑makers alike. All while reflecting the spirit of rewilding in Wales – shaped by Wales, for Wales.
A huge thank you to the Welsh Rewilding Alliance team for trusting us with this work. It’s been a privilege to help shape a brand for the wild heart of Wales.
With new workplace recycling rules coming into effect on 6 April 2026, we’ve been busy delivering a pan‑Wales awareness campaign to help businesses prepare for separating small waste electrical and electronic equipment (sWEEE).
Designed to make the new rules clear, simple and easy to follow, this bilingual campaign includes:
It’s a proud moment for us as we continue supporting Welsh Government to drive positive environmental change across the country.
A big February milestone: SBW has successfully completed our latest ISO certification.
Thanks to Ian’s trademark attention to detail, we remain fully aligned with international standards across quality, safety and environmental performance, helping us deliver work our clients can rely on every day.
Our MD Leticia attended the Cardiff University alumni reception at the House of Lords, a fantastic evening connecting with fellow alumni, meeting inspiring professionals and celebrating Cardiff’s thriving network.
Events like this remind us how important it is to stay connected to the broader creative and business community.
This month also marked a decade of our brilliant Director of Operations.
For ten years, Ian has been the steady force behind SBW: problem‑solving, optimising processes and ensuring every team has what they need to thrive. We simply wouldn’t run the same without him. Congratulations, Ian here’s to the next ten.
The cameras didn’t stop rolling this month, with several shoots happening across the team – you can check-out some BTS of shooting for our lovely client Career Wales:
We can’t wait to share the final result with you soon.
We were delighted to be back at the University of Bristol, where Rich and Leticia spoke with Year 3 Business and Innovation students about integrated marketing and communications.
From behaviour change strategy to creative development, the students brought sharp thinking, curiosity and fresh perspectives. It’s always a privilege to share real-world experience while hearing the ideas shaping the next generation of talent.
