to embed circular economy principles across Anglesey and Gwynedd, shifting behaviours from ‘take-make-dispose’
to reuse, repair, and remanufacture.
Our task was to turn big ideas into everyday action, bringing circular economy principles to life in communities across Wales, while inspiring behaviour change and recruiting volunteers and staff for Ffiws Makerspaces.

This campaign didn’t just raise awareness, it changed behaviour. By translating circular economy principles into real, local action, we helped communities understand and adopt sustainable habits. Participation in events and workshops grew, volunteer recruitment for Ffiws Makerspaces increased, and more organisations applied for grants to support circular projects. The result: stronger collaboration, deeper engagement, and lasting impact across Anglesey and Gwynedd.
