From sleepless nights to teenage challenges, parenting in Wales comes with real pressures – especially during a cost-of-living crisis. While support existed, it was scattered across multiple campaigns. Families needed one trusted place to turn.
We were asked to create a unified brand that could simplify the journey for parents, carers, and families. The result was Teulu Cymru—a single, welcoming platform that brings together key Welsh Government campaigns and signposts wider support.
Built on values of trust, warmth, and inclusivity, Teulu Cymru celebrates every family in Wales. We created a playful, modern identity with bold shapes and bilingual content that feels both accessible and authentic, reflecting the diversity and connection within families. The brand lives across Facebook, Instagram, and a dedicated landing page, making it easier for families to access support in one place.
Rather than duplicating content, we introduced a fresh bilingual approach: English delivers clarity, Welsh adds cultural depth. Posts are designed as one cohesive experience, balanced, engaging, and algorithm-friendly. Teulu Cymru became the first Welsh Government social brand to adopt this integrated bilingual model, setting a new standard for inclusive communication.
We also created a full suite of branded collateral: leaflets, banners, animations and developed a partner toolkit
to help stakeholders share campaign content, complete with bilingual assets and suggested copy.
